Chung Woo Taik is a chairman of Chungcheong Buk-Do in Liberty Korea Party and a member of Trade, Industry, Energy, SMES, and Start-ups Committee in the National Assembly of the Korea. He doctorate in Economics at graduate school in University of Hawaii and was the former minister of Oceans and Fisheries.
